Peter Stuart 7 Sep 2018 Young Spaniard Rodriguez takes surprise win on steep hilltop finish from a strong breakaway group, while Herrera stays in the red jersey Oscar Rodriguez (Euskadi Murias) took a fantastic victory on Stage 13 of the Vuelta, with an incredible attack in the final kilometres of climb to La Camperona against Rafal Majka (Team Bora-Hansgrove) on the affectionately named 'Wall of Camperona', from a large stage-long breakaway. It was a dramatic final kilometre of stage 13 from Candás to La Camperona where Rodriguez was able to shock fans buy outclimbing Majka one of the steepest inclines of the race – the Wall of Camperona, with inclines of 22%. It was in teh final kilometres of the climb that Majka and Dylan Teuns (BMC Racing) managed to distance themselves from the 30-strong break which had stayed away from the main peloton for the duration of the stage. ...
