Joe Robinson 27 Apr 2018 Town 'open to business' after being rocked by spy poisoning Salisbury is to host the final of the Ovo Energy Tour Series in May just two months after the town was rocked by the attempted assassination of former Russian double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia Skripal. The announcement stated that Salisbury 'will proudly show the world that it is open for business by hosting the Grand Final of the Ovo Energy Tour Series' which will take place on the evening of Thursday 31st May. Salisbury was propelled into the spotlight suddenly last month after Skripal and his daughter were subject to attempted murder through poisoning with a Novichok nerve agent. The attack also saw a police officer hospitalised. However, now the Wiltshire city will be hoping to make the headlines for more positive reasons by hosting the final leg of the Tour Series ...
