Jack Elton-Walters 29 Jul 2018 A low grade sprint completed the 2018 Tour de France as Geraint Thomas crossed the line in yellow Alexander Kristoff ( UAE-Team Emirates ) won Stage 21 of the 2018 Tour de France in the final bunch sprint as Geraint Thomas 's overall win was confirmed. The newest Team Sky leader crossed the line with Chris Froome , the man he has usurped - for now at least - as the team celebrated their sixth win from the last seven Tours de France. The stage win came from a scrappy bunch sprint that was characterised by a lack of control from the teams of the sprinters who managed to make it this far. Kristoff was the clear winner of a four-way lunge for the line.
