The 25-year-old Londoner posted his pledge to his Instagram page – with an image of him taking the knee – on Thursday stating that 'cycling has a problem with diversity and inclusivity' and that he had been inspired to use his platform to introduce positive change by fellow sports people Marcus Rashford, Billie Jean King and Lewis Hamilton.
