It comes as no surprise that the Madison Road Race Premio has a fitted cut for racing with much of its design coming from testing with the brand's Genesis Pro team. It has taped seams for added protection and offers a waterproof value of 20,000mm with 30,000gms of breathability. It breathes well and Madison has added laser cut armpit holes for added ventilation although these do allow a little seepage in heavy downpours. It seals well all round, there’s a waterproof zip up front and I like the subtle grey reflective detailing that provides night-time visibility in a stylish way.
